Brief Experience
I am a self motivated professional having strong cross functional collaboration experience across organization for more than 15 years+ ranging from engagement in research projects to developing analytical solutions using AI/ML algorithms. Staring from Understanding the business context and requirements, System Design and Analysis, proposing the technical Architecture and provide technical guidance and direction to the team leads. During this tenor I had actively participated in various customer engagements and developed end to end solutions in the field of predictive modeling, machine learning using diverse sources of data.
Currently I head Research & Innovation responsible for strategic and innovation led growth at TCS and engaged in several RFPs. Besides being Innovation ambassador, I drive the Data Analytics Initiatives for major clients. I motivate the young minds towards career growth and also set the target metrics and goals for my team members. I have been part of mentorship program in TCS under “Academia Industry Program (AIP)” for Internship, where people from various backgrounds come together to collaborate, learn and execute projects. I contribute by developing solutions and products for TCS to meet the client’s business.
I participate across TATA group of Companies engagements wherein I facilitate innovative solutions addressing the business challenges across multiple domains, in the form of Ideathons channels. My team participates across TCS Units for collaboration and consultation purpose to addresses operational challenges by the use of Technology.

Data Science Experience
Some of the works are described below:
- Next Best Action : It is a recommender system for Banking Domain for offering personalized product to the customers. It is done using data analytics and machine learning algorithms.
- Surveillance System: This system analyses data in the financial sector for any kind of fraudulant activities happening in the Stocks market, Banking transactions, money laundering cases. It takes input from real time communication data and gives out alerts.
- Signature Identification: This project deals with the identification of the fake signatures from the bank cheque images.
- Digital Credit System : This system evaluates the data of the Users including financial, personal data, Credit Bureau information to generate the score for evaluating the loan application online.
- CIMA System : It is a next generation tool for the insurance company for engaging the customers using technology and data.
- Logo Detection System: It is a Cold Start approach solution that categorizes the incoming invoices to various categories using LOGO of the Company. It uses computer vision based algorithms.
- Article Generation System: This solution generates texts in English based on certain inputs like domain, type of service etc using NLU and NLG leveraging Deep Learning Algorithms.
- Tabular Data Extraction : This solution extracts the tables from the documents using Computer vision algorithms. It deals with the challenges of continuos tables across pages, non template based appproach, absence of grid lines etc.
- Assortment Recommendation System: It is a receommender system for Retail CPG company for their various products at several retail stores. There are loses made for bad assortment, product scavenging issues, stopped product codes and return of goods. This solution addresses using data Analytics and predictive ML algorithms.
